crumbled

fresh dill

red wine vinegar

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the prepared tomatoes, cucumbers, crumbled feta cheese and fresh dill.
In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar and extra-virgin olive oil. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Garnish with salt and pepper, to taste. Enjoy!
Notes
This recipe is also wonderful with diced red onion and extra herbs, such as parsley and basil. Add brightness with a spritz of fresh lemon juice.
