Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • Extra chives and blue cheese crumbles for garnish optional

  • Add all ingredients to a small food processer and blend until ingredients are emulsified, about 30 seconds. Taste and adjust. Let sit in the refrigerator for one hour prior to serving.
