  • 10 ounces broccolini
  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
  • Cooking spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crushed red pepper flakes optional

Grill Pan Method:

  • Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Toss broccolini with grapeseed oil, salt and pepper. Spray the grill pan with cooking spray.
  • Place broccolini in the grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until charred and tender.
  • Remove from grill pan, top with crushed red pepper (optional) and serve immediately.

Grilling Method:

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Toss broccolini with grapeseed oil, salt and pepper.
  • Grill broccolini for 3-4 minutes per side, or until charred and tender.
  • Remove from grill, top with crushed red pepper (optional) and serve immediately

Sautéing Method:

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the grapeseed oil.
  • Add broccolini to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-6 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove from heat, top with crushed red pepper (optional) and serve hot.
