Instructions
- Cook the quinoa according to package directions and let cool to room temperature.
- Divide the quinoa and remaining ingredients between two plates.
- Dress the arugula quinoa salad with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and extra-virgin olive oil, and garnish with fresh basil. Enjoy!
