Savor the beauty of the season with this Strawberry Elderflower Fizz, an alcohol-free, refined sugar-free mocktail with strawberry that’s subtly sweet and bursting with freshness!

  • Total Time: 10 mins.
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 16 ounces no-sugar/light lemonade
  • 8 ounces elderflower tonic water
  • Sliced strawberries and fresh mint, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Place in a small pitcher or large measuring cup and use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently mash the strawberries to release their juices.
  2. Use a fine mesh sieve to strain the mashed strawberries, leaving behind the strawberry juice. If needed, use 1 cup of lemonade to help push the strawberry juice through the strainer.
  3. In a pitcher, combine the lemonade with the strained strawberry juice. Stir well to combine.
  4. Add ice to four 8-ounce glasses and divide the lemonade. Top each glass with the elderflower tonic water. Garnish with sliced strawberries and fresh mint leaves for a beautiful final touch. Enjoy your strawberry elderflower mocktail!

Notes

Frozen strawberries can be used if you don’t have access to fresh strawberries. Thaw before assembling the drink.
