Sip your way to wellness with this vibrant Green Detox Juice recipe!

  • Total Time: 10 mins.
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup no-added sugar pineapple juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 2 large handfuls super greens, such as spinach and kale
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen microgreens
  • 3 kiwis
  • 1-inch knob of fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic spirulina powder
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons raw, organic honey

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender, starting with the liquid ingredients, followed by the greens, fruits and seeds.
  2. Blend until the juice is emulsified, adding more liquid as needed to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Enjoy immediately. See notes for storage guidance.

Notes

This recipe yields approximately four 8-ounce servings.

If you plan to drink the green juice within 48 hours, store it in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to consume.

To enjoy at a later date, freeze individual juice servings in airtight mason jars or glass juice jars – fill about ¾ of the jars full to allow for expansion – for up to three months.

To thaw, move the juice from the freezer to the fridge for about 24 hours. Alternatively, place the frozen juice in a bowl of cool water and allow to thaw for 45 minutes to an hour.

Do not heat this detox juice or let it sit out unrefrigerated for long periods. You want to retain the nutrients as best as possible.
