- 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
- Cooking spray
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Grill Pan Method:
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Toss broccolini with grapeseed oil, salt and pepper. Spray the grill pan with cooking spray.
- Place broccolini in the grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until charred and tender.
- Remove from grill pan, top with crushed red pepper (optional) and serve immediately.
Grilling Method:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Toss broccolini with grapeseed oil, salt and pepper.
- Grill broccolini for 3-4 minutes per side, or until charred and tender.
- Remove from grill, top with crushed red pepper (optional) and serve immediately
Sautéing Method:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the grapeseed oil.
- Add broccolini to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-6 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat, top with crushed red pepper (optional) and serve hot.
