Instructions

Grill Pan Method:

  1. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Toss broccolini with grapeseed oil, salt and pepper. Spray the grill pan with cooking spray.
  3. Place broccolini in the grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until charred and tender.
  4. Remove from grill pan, top with crushed red pepper (optional) and serve immediately.

Grilling Method:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Toss broccolini with grapeseed oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Grill broccolini for 3-4 minutes per side, or until charred and tender.
  4. Remove from grill, top with crushed red pepper (optional) and serve immediately

Sautéing Method:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the grapeseed oil.
  2. Add broccolini to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-6 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat, top with crushed red pepper (optional) and serve hot.
