  • Yield: 10 ounces 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional)

  3. Stir in the chia seeds and allow the jam to cool completely.
  4. Store in a mason jar or airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
